Bad first impression
Trying to help your developers: Instead of greeting the first time user with oops, you have no books in your library, why dont you give a hint on how to use the app? The initial help screen is much too detailed. you need a quick start help screen for the busy first time user. it took me a while to figure out you need to go online, redeem, then download the books to the app?! why no redeem function in the app, or at least a quick explanation on the oops screen? sincerely hope this helps.
