table of contents is not fully improved

I expected more improvement in the table of contents, but it is not enough in the curriculum of CFA. The least unit of content is "Reading" or "session" It is too much broad. (100-300pages)CFA contents is much less than its price. CFA INSTITUTE should pay back to candidates for this e-book, if this is not improved soon.
Font of the note do not support mathematical caracter.
